4. Gmail Integration & Email Data

Alloe offers optional Gmail integration to help you manage your professional communications. When you connect your Gmail account:

• Send Emails: We send emails on your behalf when you compose and send messages through our platform
• Read Emails: We display your email conversations within our app so you can manage responses and follow-ups
• Modify Emails: We mark emails as read when you view them in our app to keep your Gmail inbox in sync

4.2 How We Handle Your Email Data

• You explicitly authorize Gmail access through Google's OAuth authentication flow
• We do not store email content on our servers beyond what is necessary to display in the user interface
• We do not sell, share, or use your email data for advertising purposes
• We do not allow any third parties to access your email data
• Email data is transmitted securely using encryption

4.3 Revoking Access

You can revoke Alloe's access to your Gmail at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Gmail account in Alloe's settings
• Removing access via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions

When you disconnect, we immediately revoke our access tokens and mark your connection as inactive. Your Gmail data is no longer accessible to Alloe.

4.4 Google API Services User Data Policy

Alloe's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Alloe:

• Only uses Google user data for the purposes described in this privacy policy
• Does not use Google user data to serve advertisements
• Does not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger/acquisition with user consent
• Does not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the app's core functionality
• Allows users to revoke access at any time
